At my age, it was predictable that I would look for a way to share my experoience. So here it is.

- social audits to discover the root causes of organizational problems
- coaching management teams and leaders in their style and performance
- assiting organizations in re-organizing themselves, including mergers
- profit ad social profit organizations, as well as government related
- reading lots of books on organizarion theory, psychology, neurology, ...
